Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical syndrome characters of acute hemorrhagic stroke (AHS) and systematically assess the efficacy of remedy of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis (PBCRBS) for AHS. Methods All cases were divided into two groups: cases treated with normal medicine were regarded as the control group (30 cases) and which treated with drugs of PBCRBS based on normal medicine were regarded as the treatment group (47cases). By analyzing and contrasting syndrome scores of two groups, the clinical efficacy was evaluated at the end of one month treatment. Results The mostly encounted clinical syndrome of six principal syndromes included in the TCM Apoplexy Diagnostic Criteria was blood stasis syndrome. The efficacy of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the mortality of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, but no statistical significances (P 0.05). Conclusion Blood stasis syndrome is more common in AHS. PBCRBS had some effects on AHS.
