In the period of social transformation,Chinese society was undergoing profound and rapid change.The study on the township government of the less developed northwest region was less.To realize rapidly and stably Chinese modern transformation,it urgently needed to deepen the study on the township government of the less developed region.To realize the transformation smoothly in the Northwest area in China,it had important meaning to build an efficient,strong and powerful township government.Through a typical case occurred in this region,the paper analyzed the township government action deeply and provided theoretical support to the building of the township government in the Northwest region.
