Nursing efficacy observation of implementation of clinical nursing pathway in patients with cerebral hemorrhage

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of implementation of clinical nursing pathway in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 114 cases of patients were randomly divided into the observation group(n = 57) and the control group(n =57).Patients in the observation group were adopted perioperative clinical nursing pathway,while patients in the control group were adopted routine nursing.Effects of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The health knowledge education test scores,satisfaction of patients and ADL score in the observation group were all higher than those of the control group;hospital stays,hospital expenses in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,all indexes of the two groups had significant differences(P 0.05).Conclusion Implementation of clinical nursing pathway in patients with cerebral hemorrhage can improve nursing quality,reduce hospital stays and hospital expenses.
