Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and open cholecystectomy surgical treatment with cholecystolithiasis. Methods 120 patients diagnosed as gallbladder stone in our hospital from May 2012 to March 2013were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. 60 cases in experimental group were treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy,60 cases in control group were received conventional open cholecystectomy. the clinical effect were observed and compared by the two groups. Results The bleeding amount of the research group was less than that of the control group. And the operation time, recovery time of gastrointestinal functions and postoperative hospitalization stay in the research group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference between two groups had statistical significance( P 0. 05). The incidence rate of complications after operation for the control group and the research group was respectively 20. 0% and 5. 0%,which had statistical significance( P 0. 05). Conclusion laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallbladder stone has its advantages as minimal injury, quick recovery, shorter hospitalization time and fewer post-operative complications and it's worth of clinical use.
