Abstract

Objective:To describe the CT findings of pancreatic cystadenocarcinoma and improve diagnosis accuracy of the disease.Methods:[WT5”BZ]Nine cases of pathologically proven pancreatic cystadenocarcinoma were analyzed retrospectively in clinical fearures and CT findings. Results:All the cases appeared as multiple cystic lesions, the size of lesions was various and the maximum size of cystic lesions in each case was larger than 2.5cm in diameter.Irregular thickness wall were seen.Papillary projections of the inner wall were found in 8 cases, internal septations were found in 5,punctate and circular calcifications of the cystic wall were found in 4,the cyst wall and solid part of lesions were moderately enhanced, with CT value increasing by 15~37Hu.Conclusion:The diagnosis of pancreatic cystadenocarcinoma can be made depend on the characteristics CT findings.
