CT findings of pancreatic cystadenoma

Abstract
Objective To describe the CT findings of pancreatic cystadenoma in order to enhance its diagnosis accuracy.Methods Nine cases of pancreatic cystadenoma proven pathologically were analyzed retrospectively in clinical features and CT findings.Results All the cases appeared as multiple cystic lesions,the size of lesions was various and the maximum size of cystic lesions in each case was larger than 2.5cm in diameter.Irregular thickness wall were seen.Papillary projections of the inner wall were found in 4 cases,internal septations were found in 5,punctuate and circular calcifications of the cystic wall were found in 4.Conclusion CT findings of pancreatic cystadenoma have some characteristics,It's useful to enhance diaguosis accuracy.
