Comparative Study of Clinical Effectt between Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy and Open Cholecystectomy

Objective: Clinical effect comparison was made between laparoscopic cholecystectomy and open cholecystectomy,security and recovery after surgery.Method: In our trial,216 patients were made retrospectively study.118 patients were selected underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC team) and 98 patients were selected underwent open cholecystectomy(OC team).Comparison was made in hospitalization days and cost,incidences of intra-operative and postoperative complications,recovery after surgery.Result: LC group had less incidences of intra-operative and postoperative complications than OC group(P0.05);LC group also show less recovery of gastroentestinal function time and hospitalization days than OC group(P0.05);While LC team operative incision length was shorter than OC team(P0.05),and all these differences has statistical significance.Conclusion: Compared to open cholecystectomy,laparoscopic cholecystectomy results in same operation benefit,minimal trauma,less incidences of intra-operative and postoperative complications,shorter hospitalization days and less cost,so it should be widely used.
