Affordable housing system as a part of Wuhan,the housing security system,in the development of the national economy and improving people's living conditions,played an important role but its supply system also encountered various problems.Wuhan,the supply of affordable housing status of existing affordable housing,the applicability ofinadequate supply of affordable housing and other issues,low-rent housing should be to expand public construction,stability,affordable housing prices.
