Abstract

This thesis reviews the overall development of Chinese affordable housing security system since the reform and opening up,analyzes the situations and problems of the construction of the affordable housing system in Jinan area,and then puts forward the strategies on this subject,which will be quite valuable for the resettlements in other areas in China.
