Abstract
Innovative teaching is the key to China's college curriculum reform in cultivating students with innovative spirit and ability.Combined with curriculum teaching practice of food processing facility principle and design,an exploration should be carried out into the reform and innovation practice of teaching contents,teaching form,practical teaching and specialty teaching materials etc.and much emphasis should be stressed on students' engineering innovation ability to strengthen their professional quality.
