Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the value of CT-guided percutaneous puncture biopsy in diagnosingT-guided percutaneous puncture biopsy in diagnosing diffuse lung diseases.Methods: Retrospective analyses of 17 patients with diffuse lung diseases who used CT-guided percutaneous puncture biopsy were done.Results: All 17 cases were successful in percutaneous puncture biopsy and obtained pathologic diagnosis.The main complications included pneumothorax and pulmonary hemorrhage,the symptoms in all cases were not severe.Conclusion: CT-guided percutaneous puncture biopsy is a safe and effective method in diagnosing diffuse lung diseases.
