Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of CT-guided percutaneous puncture biopsy of pulmonary masses.Methods A retrospectively analysis was made of 204 patients who underwent CT-guided percutaneous puncture biopsy of pulmonary masses.Results CT-guided percutaneous biopsy revealed a total of 218 lesions in the 204 patients with biopsy,of which there were 137 cases of lung cancer,32 of tuberculosis,8 of lymphoma,7 of invasive thymoma,12 of inflammatory granuloma,and another 8 cases with no clear pathology and clinical follow-up for reexamination.Complications were pneumothorax and pulmonary hemorrhage.Conclusion CT-guided percutaneous puncture biopsy is a safe,easy,accurate and effective diagnostic technique.
