Abstract
Objective To explore the technical methods, key points, notes and clinical value of CT guided percutaneous lung puncture biopsy. Methods 85 patients with chest CT confirmed pulmonary mass were performed with CT guided percutaneous lung puncture biopsy. Results Of all 85 cases, both puncture success rate and pathological coincidence rate before and after biopsy were 100%,5 cases mild pneumothorax and 10 biopsy site pain occurred, but no urgently dealt complication like pneumothorax or bleeding. Conclusions CT guided percutaneous lung puncture biopsy is a safe, minimally invasive and accurate diagnostic method.
