Early rehabilitation nursing of cerebral infarction in patients with neurological functional deficits and activities of daily living

Abstract
Objective To investigate the impact of early rehabilitation nursing care of patients with cerebral infarction nerve function defect and daily living skills.Methods 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction patients admitted to our hospital in August 2006 April 2008 randomly divided into a control group and the observation group,respectively,to take the usual care and early rehabilitation nursing were compared neurologic impairment and daily life capacity.Results Observation group were healed,the total effective rate was 98.00%,significantly higher than that in the control group;the NIHSS score the two groups with ALD score compared with a significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation care have better clinical outcomes in patients with cerebral infarction,can significantly improve the neurological deficits in patients with symptoms,to improve their daily lives,worthy of promotion and application.
