Effect of glycerine enema different anus for elderly bed-ridden patients with stroke constipation

Objective:To explore the effect of methods in elderly bed-ridden stroke patients with constipation.Methods:A retrospective analysis of our hospital in neurological department of internal medicine from May 2011 to May 2012,90 patients hospitalized for stroke patients with constipation information,90 cases of elderly ambulatory stroke constipation patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,45 cases in each group.The experimental group used the model of glycerine enema admitted to anus method,the control group used conventional method.Results:The experimental group after defecation effective were 44 cases,the total efficiency was 97.78%,the control group after defecation,effective in 36 cases,the total effective rate was 80.00%,there was significant difference between two groups(P0.05).While the liquid leakage and the incidence of adverse reaction in experimental group was lower than control group(P0.05).Conclusion:The model of glycerine enema admitted to anus method is obviously better than the routine method,not only reduces the pain of patients,prevention of complications,and reduce the harm caused by constipation,promote the rehabilitation of the disease.
