The Clinical Evaluation of Nursing Intervention in Patients with Intracranial Aneurysms Constipation

Objective To investigate the clinical results of nursing interventions in patients with constipation of intracranial aneurysms.Methods In strict accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria to select 104cases of aneurysm patients with constipation,divided into control group of 52patients randomly,using routine care,including health education with enema and Maren other drugs treatment if necessary,;experimental group of 52cases with comprehensive nursing intervention measures,namely measures in routine care,based on diet plans,percussion and vibration lower back,abdominal massage,psychological counseling, etc.the method ineffective laxative medication-assisted therapy.Two groups were compared defecation,constipation incidence and applications enema drugs such ratios.Results Experimental group was significantly higher in patients with defecation(P0.05); enema and laxative drug utilization decreased significantly(P0.01);and clinical symptom score was significantly lower than the control group(P0.01),abdominal pain,bloating,loss of appetite,irritability,sacral pain occurred were significantly improved(P0.01).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve constipation in patients with aneurysms,reduce patient suffering defecation,while innovative care methods that will be used on the clinical application of vibration expectoration instrument constipation in patients with aneurysms lower back shock,but also effectively reduce arterial tumors were bedridden caused lower back pain,achieve better clinical results.
