Problem of Employment of Graduates from Local Colleges and Universities and Its Strategies——Investigation on Graduates of Year 2005

The article starts with the existing employment circumstances,analyses the employment characteristics of graduates of the year 2005.Pointing out the problems and giving strategies,it argues the employment crisis should be correctly treated;the educational systems should be adjusted.And we should encourage various employment ways;set up the senses of carving out,creativity,improving the service system of employment guiding,offer students human-based services.
