Abstract

Based on analyses of the theories of education and Second Language Acquisition,College English teaching should focus on the practice and role of College English graded teaching reform according to current situation in College English teaching in Chinese colleges and universities in order to construct the teaching model and system of College English graded teaching suitable for national conditions.
