Abstract
Radiation resistant Deinococcus radiodurans has high radioresistance to ionizing radiation and astonished DNA strand break damage repair ability.DNA strand break damage caused by irradiation can be repaired correctly and effectively in a certain time.Duing DNA strand break repairs,the same damage repair protein that appeared in E.coli DNA damage repairs appeared,and peculiar repair protein of Deinococcus radiodurans also participate in the repairs.In this paper,these central repair genes and their interaction were concisely introduced.
