Nursing intervention of maintenance hemodialysis patients with urinary system tumor

Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of nursing intervention of maintenance hemodialysis patients with urinary system tumor. Methods From January 2005 to January 2015 in Beijing Shijitan Hospital,20 maintenance hemodialysis patients with urinary system tumor were enrolled in the study. The nursing methods were analyzed and the changes of psychological behavior and life quality were compared before and after the intervention. Results After the nursing intervention,somatization,compulsion,interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety,hostility,paranoid ideation scores of patients were lower than those before the intervention,and the differences were statistically significant( P 0. 05). Physical function,role function score,emotional function,physical symptoms and overall health status of the patients was higher than that before the intervention,and the differences were statistically significant( P 0. 05). After followed-up for 3 ~ 36 mo,10 patients died. Conclusions The nursing intervention can improve the life quality of the maintenance hemodialysis patients with urinary system tumor and improve the prognosis.
