Effect of Phase Change Nursing Intervention on Life Quality of Patients with Hemodialysis for Chronic Renal Failure

Objective: To explore the effect of phase change nursing intervention on the life quality of patients with hemodialysis for chronic renal failure. Methods: 72 patients with chronic renal failure Hemodialysis, from 2010 August to 2012 August in our hospital,were randomly divided into control group and ob servation group, each group of 36 cases. The control group patients were taken conventional nursing, the observation group in the control group were adopted phase change nursing interventions. Then we compared the nursing effects between two groups. Results: The results significantly improved the overall quality of life, the control group of patients was 11.41 ±1.87, the overall quality of life of patients was 12.47 ±2.33. Compared with the control group, the general life quality of observation group was significantly higher.There was significantly statistical differences(P 0.05). Conclusion: Taking phase change nursing intervention, can greatly improve the chronic renal failure hemodialysis patient's quality of life, promote the patient's condition improved, worthy of clinical use.
