Abstract

Based on the service architecture,service resources,service items,service policy and service evaluation,the paper suggests that newly upgraded college library should clarify service concept,make the outstanding top-level design;strengthen the resource construction,improve service basis;expand service content,innovate service methods;promote team construction,enhance service power;attach great importance to the service evaluation,and improve service system.
