Task-based Language Teaching in English Reading Course

Abstract

In view of ills of traditional teaching in English reading course,task-based language teaching(TBLT) is introduced to improve students' linguistic abilities and illustrated from its definition,significance and application in teaching including problems that may occur when a task is being designed and a teacher's role in task-based language teaching activities.
