Clinical study on relationship between cerebral infarction and plasma D-dimer and fibrinogen

Abstract

Objective To investigate the relationship between cerebral infarction and plasma D-dimer and fibrinogen level.Methods Plasma D-dimer,Fg and PT,APTT,TT were detected in 48 patients with cerebral infarction and 25 normal controls.Results D-dimer and Fg level were increased in patients with cerebral infarction.D-dimer was correlated positively with Fg level.Conclusion D-dimer and Fg might play an important role in the development of cerebral infarction.
