Abstract
Clinical acute cerebral infarction is one of the common diseases with high incidence, which is ischemia and lack of oxygen caused by obstacles in blood supply for brain by a variety of reasons, leading to limitations of brain tissue or avascular necrosis of the brain softening. As brain dysfunction, the disorder can present in all of the body in different degrees, especially the serum indicators, such as C-reactive protein,fibrinogen,D-dimer,serum ferritin, these changed indicators is helpful in diagnosis treatment and prognosis judgement of cerebral infarction. This paper reviewed the serum index of patients with cerebral infarction changes, clinical significance and physiological mechanisms.
