Salbutamol Joint Budesonide Atomization Inhalation in the Treatment of Acute Attack of Asthma Children Clinical Observation

Objective To investigate the nebulized salbutamol combined with budesonide in treatment of acute attack of asthma in children clinical curative effect.Methods with acute attack of bronchial asthma in children:108 cases were randomly divided into control group(n=54) and observation group(n=54),8W course.Results the observation group was more effective than the control group,the observation group PEF value improvement is more obvious,and the group was observed in the mean duration of hospital stay and hospital costs were lower than the control group,P0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion corticosteroids combined with beta 2 agonist inhalation for children with acute asthma attack curative effect is clear,and no obvious adverse reaction,it is worthy of clinical application.
