The Clinical Observation of Nebulized Budesonide Combined with Salbutamol in Treatment of 98 Cases of Acute Attack of Bronchial Asthma clinical observation

Objective To observe the effect of budesonide combined with salbutamol atomization inhalation in treatment of bronchial asthma in acute clinical efficacy.Methods 128 cases of acute attack of bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups,control group and observation group,64 cases in each group,the two groups were given routine for airway obstruction,hypoxemia and recovery of pulmonary function in symptomatic treatment,the control group only with salbutamol aerosol inhalation of budesonide combined with,the observation group used nebulized salbutamol,curative effect.Results The control group and observation group total effective rate were 65.91%、92.39%,P0.05statistical significance.For moderate and severe asthma patients with acute episode of budesonide combined with salbutamol inhalation therapy effect is better than simply using salbutamol inhalation(P0.05);and for the mild and critically ill patients with acute asthma budesonide combined with salbutamol inhalation effect and simple use of inhaled albuterol no difference(P0.05).Conclusion Budesonide combined with salbutamol atomization inhalation in the treatment of mild,moderate and severe bronchial asthma acute attack have a significant effect,can be timely relief of asthma symptoms,recovery of respiratory function,and the prevention of asthma attack role,is worth the clinical promoted.
