Abstract
Objective: To investigate the relationship between clinic and pathology in glomerular disease, and realize the value of renal biopsy in diagnosis and treatment of kidney disease. Methods: The clinical and pathological data of 261 cases of renal biopsy were retrospectively analyzed. Results: ①There were 190 cases( 72. 8%) of primary glomerular disease and 71 cases( 28. 2%) of secondary glomerular disease. Primary glomerular disease mainly was IgA nephropathy( 48. 9%). Secondary glomerular disease was dominated by lupus nephritis( 83. 1%). ②The first two clinical types were chronic nephritis( 62. 1%) and nephrotic syndrome( 23. 4%). The most common pathological types of chronic nephritis were IgA nephropathy( 51. 9%),lupus nephritis( 21. 6%) and MsPGN( 9. 9%). Membranous nephropathy( 36. 1%),minimal change disease( 21. 3%) and lupus nephritis( 19. 7%) were the most common types of nephrotic syndrome. Conclusion: Primary glomerular disease was the most common renal glomerular disease; Chronic nephritis was most common clinical manifestation,of which the pathological types were IgA nephropathy and lupus nephritis. Renal biopsy was useful for the diagnosis, guiding treatment and judging prognosis of kidney disease.
