Abstract
[Objective] To study the relationship between pathological changes and clinical classification of the glomerular disease.[Methods] One hundred-ten patients suffered from chronic renal disease were examined by using percutaneous renal biopsy.[Result] Among 110 patients,92 cases(83.6%) were primary glomerulonephritis,in which IgA nephropathy(IgAN) was the first of all(27.2%),and then was mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis(MsPGN)(22.8%) and minimal change disease(MCD)(19.6%).Eighteen cases were secondary glomerulonephritis, whose pathology were mostly constituted of lupus nephritis and hepatitis B virus-associated nephropathy.[Conclusion] A renal biopsy was necessary to the patients with glomerular disease, particularly it will play an important role in treatment and prognosis for glomerular disease.
