Gexia Zhuyu Decoction Combined with Shixiaosan Combined Three Ladder Analgesic Treatment of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Type Tumors in Advanced Cancer Patients Randomized Parallel Controlled Study

[Objective]To observe the Gexia Zhuyu Decoction Combined with Shixiaosan combined three ladder analgesic efficacy in the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type advanced cancer pain.[Method]Using randomized controlled methods,80 patients were in the draw method were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in the control group the three ladder acesodyne medication,according to the degree of pain in order to use stronger painkillers,the first step of non opioid,second weak opioids,third strong opioids,combined use of adjuvant drugs and analgesic drugs,the treatment group of 40 cases of phrenic Zhuyu Decoction Combined with Shixiaosan(Puhuang 6g,Wulingzhi 10g,Wuyao Taoren Danpi Chishao Yanhu Xiangfu Honghua Ge 12g,Tianqi 10g,Zhike 12g,Xu changqing 30g),1 doses of /d,300mL oral decoction,sooner or later,the western medicine treatment control group,continuous treatment for 4 weeks as 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms,adverse reaction. Continuous 3 courses of treatment,the curative effect.[Results]Group of CR14 patients,treatment of PR16 cases,MR7 cases,NR3 cases,the total efficiency of 92.50%. Control group CR10 cases,PR11 cases,MR13 cases,NR7 cases,the total efficiency of 82.50%.The efficacy of the treatment group than in control group(P 0.05).[Conclusion]Gexia Zhuyu Decoction Combined with Shixiaosan combined three ladder analgesic treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type tumor cancer pain,curative effect satisfaction,can be applied.
