Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the Treatment of Primary Dysmenorrhea

Abstract

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type of primary dysmenorrhea by Xuefu Zhuyu decoction. Methods: Clinic diagnosis for Qi stagnation and blood stasis type of primary dysmenorrhea patients: 112 cases were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets,and the treatment group received Xuefu Zhuyu decoction,and the clinical effects were observed. Results: Clinical symptoms in the treatment group were improved significantly,compared with the control group there was a significant difference( P 0. 05). Conclusion: Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome has an obviously curative effect,which is worthy of clinical application.
