Effectiveness of gexia zhuyu decoction on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of gexia zhuyu decoction on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis,the relation of effectiveness and period of treatment and the bad reaction.Methods 85 chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis were randomly divided into two groups.45 cases were in treatment group and treated Gexia Zhuyu decoction and the other 40 cases were in control group and treated with ofloxacin and Tinidazole taken orally.Results In different period of treatment,the total effective rate in treatment group was all higher than control group(P0.05),the bad reaction in treatment group was all less than control group(P0.05).The total effective rate in treatment group and control group of two or three period of treatment was all higher than ones of one period of treatment(P0.05).There were both no significant difference on the total effective rate and bad reaction of the two groups between two and three period of treatment(P0.05).In treatment group,the bad reaction of two or three period of treatment is less than one period of treatment(P0.05).In control group,the bad reaction of two or three period of treatment is more than one period of treatment(P0.05).Conlusion The clinical curative effect of Gexia Zhuyu decoction on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis is obvious,the bad reaction is less than others,two period of treatment is best one and worthy to be popularized.
