Abstract
Objective To probe into the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with edaravone and sodium ozagrel to treat acute cerebral infarction. Methods Selected 96 acute cerebral infarction patients in our hospital from December,2007 to December,2011.The patients were divided into observation group and control group randomly. The patients in control group were given sodium ozagrel, while the patients in observation group were treated with hyperbaric oxygen combined with sodium ozagrel and edaravone.Compared and analyzed the clinical effect and degree of neurological deficits of patients in two groups. Results Compared with control group, patients in observation group, the cure rate and total effective rate were increased significantly,up to 54.17% and 95.83%,and inefficiency rate was decreased significantly, only 4.17%.There were statistically significance(P0.05).At the same time, patients in observation group, degree of neurological deficits was decreased significantly, there were statistical significance(P0.05). Conclusions Hyperbaric oxygen combined with edaravone and sodium ozagrel has a positive and practical significance to improve and enhance the clinical efficacy in patients with acute cerebral infarction. It can be used as an ideal combination therapy to application and promotion.
