On the Transition Strategy of the Before-service Education and the In-service Education for the English Teachers in Normal Universities

As a transitional base of teachers education,normal universities play an important role in the before-service education and in-service training for the English teachers.We should construct an integrated operation model of teachers'education with reasonable institution,complete system and scientific contents based on the practical state of China's before-service education and in-service training for teachers and on the specialized development of the teachers,which is a necessary way to reform university teachers'education.Aiming at the present problems in the transition from before-service education of English major normal school students to the in-service training of teachers'lifelong development and resources disposition principles,this thesis put forward the transitional strategy and feasible suggestions for the before-service and in-service education of English teachers in normal universities from such aspects as training target,curriculum,teaching staff construction and teachers'moral education degree)
