Teachers Education Reform in Japanese Elementary Education:Experience and Enlightenment

Since the 20th century,Japan is constantly advancing teachers education,enhancing teachers' qualification and ability,so as to adapt the education reform.Japanese teachers education experiences include;in the goals,they develop teachers education goals in order to adapt to the new time;in the management,they establish flexible teachers' qualification update system and break teachers' qualification lifelong education;in the curriculum adaption,they construct teachers education integration curriculum system;in the training organization,they develop teachers education through the university.The Japanese teachers education benefits a lot to our country.We should develop the teachers education goals to adapt to the new time;we should convert teachers' qualification lifelong education into update system;we should perfect teachers education curriculum integration system.
