Abstract
The challenge of the specialization of teachers' education and the reform of the basic education to the higher normal education pushes the teachers colleges to the front of the reform of the teachers' education.Oriented by the strategic transform of teachers' education,the reform should be made clear,the reform of the teachers' educational course system should be deepened,and the teaching mode of talking students as the most important should be established.
