Abstract

To establish a high sensitive method for determination of diethylstilbestrol residues in eel by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),diethylstilbestrol in samples was extracted with methyl alcohol after dehydration with anhydrous sodium sulfate, then determined by HPLC with a UV detector at a wavelength of 280 nm.The results showed the lowest limit of detection was 10 μg/kg,the recovery rates of detected samples were over 84%.
