Abstract

[Objective]Observe the clinical advantages of syndromes combined western medicine for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation.[Methods]Used the method of parallel controlled.Randomly divided into two groups based on the order of treatment in our hospital of 257 cases COPD patients with acute exacerbation. The control group were treated with western medicine for symptomatic treatment. While the treatment were treated with differential treatment(①Sputum God orifices:Ditan Decoction;②Phlegm accumulation in lung syndrome:Suzi Jiangqi Decoction Combined Three sons adoptive parents decoction;③Edema syndrome due to deficiency:Zhenwu Decoction and poria five powder addition and subtraction;④Lung and kidney deficiency:asthma coupon soup combined lungs soup decoction). The western medicine was the same as the control group.Continuous treated 30d for a course.Observed the clinical symptoms, dyspnea score and adverse reactions of two groups.Continuous treated for two courses and determined the efficacy.[Results]The treatment group cured 81 cases, effective 39 cases and invalid 6 cases. The total effective rate of it was 95.24%.While the control group cured 75 cases, effective 38 cases and invalid 18 cases. The total effective rate of it was 86.26%.Visible,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P0.05).The lower of dyspnea score for the treatment group was better than the control group too(P0.01).[Conclusions]The clinical advantages of syndromes combined western medicine for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation are satisfactory.
