Abstract
Trade unions must integrate the labor rights protection work into the overall work of the Party and state,this is the nature of labor rights protection work.At present,trade unions must firmly grasp the important principle of enhancing growth,ensuring the people's livelihood and maintaining stability.The focus of rights protection work is to guide the community to eliminate prejudice against laborers,to guide and supervise employers complying with labor laws.
