The Developmental Trend of Rights- Protection by Trade Unionsand a Brief Analysis on its Countermeasures

With the more and more serious contradictions between power capitals and weak protection of rights by trade unions, it has become a main way to protect rights for trade unions to coordinate industrial relations. The socialized trend of protecting rights by trade unions is determined by the features of market economy, workers and trade unions. Market economy is the economy ruled by law; therefore, trade unions must protect workers' rights according to the laws and take a specialized way to protect rights. The reason to form the trend of location at different levels for right protection by trade unions exists in the diversity and complexity of organizational forms of trade unions in present China, the nature of two protections by trade unions and the strong and weak state of industrial relations in enterprises.
