Abstract
Objective To understand the germicidal performance and toxicity of 20g/L Glutaraldehyde disinfectant.Methods Using immersion qualitative germicidal test,continuously used stability test,simulated field trail of disinfection of medical instruments.Results 20g/L Glutaraldehyde disinfectant is low toxicity disinfectant,the stock solution with a 3h contact time killed Bacillus subtilis var.niger and with a 5h contact time killed Bacillus subtilis var.niger in medical devices.Conclusion 20g/L Glutaraldehyde disinfectant has reliable germicidal efficacy and stable property.
