Model of University Intellectual Capital and Empirical Study

In the era of knowledge-base economy,Intellectual Capital has become the core sources of competitiveness and the third resources.In this study,the auther tries to introduce Intellectual Capital Theory into university management,and develops a model of Univer- sity Intellectual Capital,and the index system is set up on the literatures.Through an empirical,the paper proves that the established index system and the model are effective and reliable,furthmore,the study found that there is a significant relationship among the three elements of University Intellectual Capital.Finally lots of suggestion is put forward about University Intellectual Capital management.
