Abstract
Effect of different coolingmedium on microstructure and mechanical properties of ZG30CrMn2Si2NiMo cast steel were studied. The test results show that the microstructure of ZG30CrMn2Si2NiMo cast steel is lath bainite ferrite and retained austenite after austenitizing and air cooling, and lath martensite, bainite ferrite and retained austenite after austenitizing and quenching. The ZG30CrMn2Si2NiMo with microstructure of lath martensite, bainite ferrite and retained austenite has better mechanical properties.
