Abstract
In this paper the influence of high temperature quenching on microstructure and mechanical property of ZG30CrMn2Si2NiMo cast steel was studied. And under the conditions of different quenching temperatures,microstructure and properties of ZG30CrMn2Si2NiMo cast steel were investigated and determined. The experiment results show that crystalline grain of ZG30CrMn2Si2NiMo cast steel is coarse,and the quenching temperature at 200 above AC3 can obtain a thin and uniform lath martensite,bainite and retained austenite and improve strength and toughness,fine microstructure and grain. The reason of coarse austenitic grain and toughness refinement were elucidated.
