Abstract

Continued from the preceding paper On the Chapter of Zhong of Silk Manuscript Excavated at Mawangdui published in Studies of Zhouyi No. 3, 2008, the author makes an explanation on the second half of chapter Zhong (lit., Impartiality) of silk manuscript, discriminates and analyzes it in detail. By contrasting with the Yi zhuan of current version and related theories by the scholars of Han and Wei dynasties, this paper makes it to reveal the profound connotation and academic value of Yi-ology conceived in chapter Zhong.
