Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of ursolic acid in Tingli Jiangxuezhi capsules.METHODS The Diamonsil ODS column was used as the stationary phase with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-methanol-water(65∶10∶25,ammonium acetate 0.5 g·100 mL-1).The detection wavelength was 220 nm.RESULTS The linear range of ursolic acid was 1.592~7.960 μg with the correlation coefficient 0.999 9 between the injection quantity and the peak area.The average recovery was 99.80% with the RSD of 1.89%(n=6).CONCLUSION The method is convenient and accurate.It can be used for the quality control of ursolic acid in Tingli Jiangxuezhi capsules.
