Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of Ursolic acid in Ganluxiaoke capsules.METHODS:The chromatographic column was Hypersil C18(200mm×4.6mm,5μm)at a temperature of 40℃;the mobile phase was 0.05% phosphoric acid-methanol(15∶85)at a flow velocity of 1mL·min-1,and the detection wavelength was set at 207nm.RESULTS:The linear concentration range of Ursolic acid was within 0.96~4.80μg(r=0.999 9).The average recovery rate was 94.30%(RSD=1.57%,n=6).CONCLUSION:This method is simple,precise and reproducible,and it can be used for the quality control of Ganluxiaoke capsules.
