Abstract

Objective To establish a method of HPLC for determination of ursolic acid in ganshenkang capsule.Methods A Hypersil ODS column(250 mm x 4.6 mm,5 μm) was used.Methanol-0.01 mol/L phosphoricacid solution(88∶12)was used as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min.The determination wavelength was 215 nm.Results For ursolic acid,the linear range was 2.85 μg-14.26 μg and the average recovery rate was 99.8%,RSD =2.46%.Conclusion The method is simple,reliable,accurate and can be applied to the quality control of the ganshenkang capsule.
