Clinical therapeutic effect of Qingfei Huatan decoction combined with azithromycin in treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of Qingfei huatan decoction combined with azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods:90 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into control group and study group,45 cases in each group.The cases in the control group were treated with azithromycin,and the cases in the study group were applied with Qingfei huatan decoction on the basis of azithromycin treatment.The course of treatment was 2 weeks.Results: The clinical total effective rate in the study group was 88.89%,which was significantly better than that(66.67%)in the control group(P0.05).The disappeared time of children in coughing,pulmonary rales,fever and other clinical symptoms in the control group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P0.05).Conclusions: The efficacy of Qingfei huatan decoction combined with azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia is exact,and is worthy of clinical use.
