Abstract
The trace elements in six immue Chinese berbal medicine of Liuweidihuangwan are determined by air-acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS) after samples are prepared by microwave digestion. The microwave digestion reagents and the microwave digestion conditions are discussed in detail. The recovery of ten metal elements are as following: Zn 120.5%,Fe 106.8%,Mn 118.5%,Co 99.9%,Ni 95.5%,Cu 100.4%,Cr 106.1%,Ca 101.5%,Mg 90.5% and K 120.0%.Relative standard deviation(RSD) of determination results is between 0.17%~7.87%.This method is simple, accurate and stable.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
